Frome-based Joss Barratt is an experienced photographer working in film, television and documentary production. During his career he has developed lasting friendships with many actors, directors and producers. Notably, he has worked with director Ken Loach for nearly thirty years.
“ I always try and approach a film set like I would a story, I treat everyone with interest, dignity and respect and hopefully the pictures will follow…”.
This exhibition brings together the photographs he has carefully captured on set whilst working with Ken and the iconic film posters that they inspired.
Joss will also be showing new portraits of our community taken during Bridgwater Together - an event celebrating diversity, which is held annually and this year takes place on November 16th.
If you had your photographic portrait taken at this year's Bridgwater Together, you can see Joss again and claim a digital copy of your portrait this Sunday (1 December) at 2pm-3pm.
