On this one-day workshop, you’ll work as a small team to make a short documentary film in a day. You’ll develop an idea and find a good story or subject to document, get hands-on experience of working with broadcast quality cameras, lenses, lighting and microphones and look at an initial edit with the editing software available. At the end of the day, we’ll signpost you to resources at Somerset Film to help you develop your filmmaking skills.
